AIZU SKI JAPAN

Visitors can learn much about the culture and spirit of local people through budo (martial arts). Three visitors from Australia, who came to Japan to ski, attended a kendo class during their time in Aizu. Through practicing kendo, they were able to gain an insight into the spirit of Aizu Samurai, and could learn about their kindness, obedience, and honorable way of life.
